Mount Madonna Center

Mount Madonna Center is a retreat and conference venue in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains, offering organisers a peaceful setting for workshops, training programmes, company offsites, yoga retreats, meditation gatherings and professional development events. The 380-acre campus combines redwood forests, grasslands, gardens and views across Monterey Bay, creating a distinctive environment for groups that want time away from the usual business setting.

The venue accommodates groups from around 15 to more than 150 people, with several spaces suited to different formats. The Conference Center is the largest facility, with a main hall for up to 250 people, two breakout rooms, a central outdoor gathering area, sound equipment, lighting options and hybrid audio-visual support. Seminar House provides a more intimate setting for smaller retreats and team gatherings, while Orchard House is suitable for board meetings, yoga sessions and compact group activities. Outdoor decks, courtyards and natural surroundings provide additional options for informal sessions and breaks.

Overnight stays can be arranged in guest rooms, cottages, yurts, cabins, glamping tents and campsites, depending on the programme and season. The centre also provides three vegetarian buffet-style meals each day, with options for many dietary requirements, including dairy-free and gluten-free diets.

Organisers can add wellness and outdoor elements such as yoga, meditation, hiking, swimming, garden walks and access to the on-site Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center, which offers massage and Ayurvedic treatments.
