Stanborough Centre

Stanborough Centre is a flexible multi-purpose venue in Watford, Hertfordshire, offering practical spaces for organisers planning business, community and leisure events. Located within the Stanborough Park campus, the centre provides a range of rooms that can be hired for conferences, lectures, board meetings, certification training, support groups, fitness sessions, clubs, societies and product launches.

The venue can accommodate groups of up to 150 people, making it suitable for both smaller meetings and larger gatherings. Organisers can choose from several rooms, including Maple, Beech, Pine, Ash, Cedar, Sycamore, Oak, Larch, Armstrong Hall, Williams Hall and the Sanctuary. Some spaces can be combined with kitchen access, which is useful for workshops, community programmes and events where refreshments or catering preparation is required.

Rooms are available for hourly or full-day hire, with reduced rates offered to SMEs, charities and members of the Seventh-day Adventist network. Tea, coffee and biscuits can also be arranged for bookings of up to four hours. Additional practical support includes printing facilities, advance invoicing and returnable deposits where required.

The centre’s location on a well-established parkland campus provides a calm setting away from the busiest parts of Watford, while remaining accessible for local organisations, businesses and community groups. The venue also makes selected facilities available for Christian weddings, blessings and other suitable ceremonies, subject to the relevant approval.
