Lyon Meeting welcomes businesses south of Lyon, in a professional space located on the fourth floor of the ibis Lyon Sud Oullins hotel. The venue offers 225 m² of modular rooms, suitable for meetings, seminars, training sessions, workshops, conventions, conferences, showrooms and study days.

The spaces can accommodate from 2 to 110 participants depending on the chosen configuration. The Wilson and Lafayette rooms each have an area of 50 m² and can be combined or arranged in theater, classroom, island, or U-shape configurations. The Morand room is suitable for business meetings, interviews, and small groups of up to 12 people. Thanks to movable partitions, several sizes are possible, from 25 to 125 m².

Organizers benefit from a bright environment overlooking the Rhône River, fiber optic Wi-Fi access, a video projector, a giant screen, ClickShare technology, a sound system, flip charts, and suitable furniture. A 100 m² relaxation area complements the meeting rooms with sofas, games, and informal workspaces.
