Har-co Resource Center

Har-co Resource Center provides a practical meeting and community space in downtown Bel Air, Maryland. The facility is designed for organisers who need a professional setting for smaller gatherings, rather than a large-scale conference venue. It can accommodate up to 25 people and is suitable for client meetings, board sessions, training activities, educational seminars, local organisation meetings and community workshops.

The layout combines a main conference area with two conference tables that can seat up to 16 people, together with a separate office-style breakout room for up to five people. This arrangement gives organisers the flexibility to keep a group together or divide attendees into smaller working teams. The space also includes wireless connectivity and two wall-mounted televisions, allowing users to share content from laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

The centre is intended to support local businesses, community groups, HOAs, youth organisations and other member-led initiatives. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, while alcohol is not allowed. Access is supported by a smart lock, and parking is available during selected non-business hours. The venue has historically been offered free of charge, subject to a refundable security deposit requirement outlined in its agreement.

Har-co Resource Center is managed by Har-co Credit Union and forms part of the organisation’s wider community support programme. The official page currently states that reservations are not being accepted, so organisers should contact the centre directly to check availability and future booking arrangements before planning an event.
