The Palomino

The Palomino is a wedding and event venue in a peaceful rural setting near Zionsville and Westfield, Indiana. Its flexible spaces are suited to weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, corporate functions, fundraisers, seminars, holiday parties and other private celebrations.

The main Grand Ballroom provides approximately 5,000 square feet of event space, with a cathedral ceiling, ornate chandeliers, a large wooden dance floor, a raised stage and direct access to the bar. It can accommodate up to 350 guests, making it suitable for larger receptions, business gatherings and evening celebrations. The adjoining Arabian Room offers a more intimate setting for up to 60 guests, with a stone fireplace, mirrored details and convenient access to the ballroom and bar. It can be used independently or as an additional area for larger events.

For outdoor occasions, the Sunset Terrace opens onto landscaped grounds with countryside views, gardens and white strolling fences. The venue also features a bridal suite for wedding preparations, a well-equipped bar and flexible floor plans. Organisers can bring their preferred suppliers, while the venue can also help connect them with suitable event professionals and provide rental items.

The Palomino’s team supports clients throughout the planning process, helping with layouts, timings and event details. The venue offers all-day access from 10am to midnight, with six hours of guest time included. Its combination of adaptable spaces, countryside surroundings and hands-on coordination makes it a practical choice for weddings, corporate events and community gatherings.
