Mustang Island Conference Center

Mustang Island Conference Center is a seaside retreat and conference venue on 22 acres of the Texas Gulf Coast in Port Aransas. Set between the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay, the centre provides a peaceful setting for conferences, retreats, workshops, faith-based gatherings and meetings organised by religious, educational and non-profit groups.

The venue combines practical meeting facilities with overnight accommodation and inviting outdoor spaces. Fischer Commons is the main conference room and can be arranged in different seating and table layouts. It includes a sound system, microphone, overhead projector, screen and wireless internet. Three smaller meeting rooms are available for breakout discussions, workshops, leadership sessions and intimate group meetings, each overlooking the dunes and the Gulf.

Accommodation is available in 34 guest rooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements, private bathrooms, coffee makers, wireless internet and personal decks. The centre also offers Casa de la Playa, a private retreat space with a king-size bed, kitchen, living area and Gulf views, subject to eligibility and availability.

Event organisers can make use of the centre’s outdoor seating areas, beach access, boardwalk and campfire facilities. The location is well suited to programmes that combine focused indoor sessions with reflection, community time and coastal activities. Meals and programme support can be arranged depending on the nature of the gathering, while the centre’s staff can assist with rates, availability and planning requirements.
