Lockerley Water Farm Campsite

Lockerley Water Farm Campsite is a rural group venue in the Test Valley, Hampshire, designed for organised camps, retreats, church weekends, school visits and community gatherings. Set beside woodland and surrounded by open countryside, the site offers an exclusive-use environment where organisers can plan residential events in a peaceful, practical setting.

The campsite can accommodate groups of up to 120 people across purpose-built dormitories and camping cabins, with a limited number of caravan hook-up points also available. Organisers have access to two large barns, providing useful indoor space for worship, meetings, dining, training, entertainment and activities. The main barn includes a stage, projection equipment, a limited sound system, commercial kitchen facilities, seating areas and a smaller meeting room. A second barn contains an indoor activity hall, showers, a creche and additional flexible space.

Outside, groups can make use of a football pitch, grass volleyball court, bonfire area, barbecue facilities, picnic benches and generous grounds suitable for games, informal activities and outdoor gatherings. There is ample parking close to the barns, along with accessible facilities and practical amenities to support longer stays.

The venue is particularly suited to Christian organisations, youth groups, schools, church communities and leaders’ retreats, although its facilities can support a broad range of organised group events.
