Lamar University’s Office of Event Management provides bookable venues and event support for organisers in Beaumont, Texas. The department manages a selection of university spaces suitable for meetings, seminars, lectures, receptions, dinners, leadership programmes, training sessions and community events.

Available facilities include a 10,000-square-foot event space on the eighth floor of the Mary and John Gray Library, with three rooms that can be used separately or combined for larger gatherings. The Executive Event Space in the Reaud Administration Building offers a modern setting for meetings, luncheons and lectures, with built-in projection facilities. Organisers can also consider flexible training rooms at the Center for Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship, including a collaborative breakout and networking area known as The Hatchery.

For presentations and larger speaking programmes, the Dr Richard L. Price Auditorium accommodates up to 250 people. Other university locations, including conference spaces, arena facilities and specialist campus venues, may also be available through the relevant departments.
