The seminar center features three bright and versatile event spaces. Designed for groups of approximately 4 to 75 people, the rooms can be configured with parliamentary seating, U-shape, theater-style seating, or as open areas for presentations and exhibitions, depending on the occasion. Large windows, a ceiling height of over three meters, and sound-absorbing ceiling panels create a pleasant working atmosphere.
Technical support is provided, including projectors, Wi-Fi, flip charts, whiteboards, pinboards, and presentation materials. This makes the center suitable for traditional conferences as well as training sessions, medical continuing education courses, workshops, and internal meetings. The rooms can also be rented in the evenings or on weekends.
The facilities also include refreshments during breaks, such as coffee, tea, mineral water, juices, and pastries. Customized catering can be arranged for lunch or dinner events upon request. In addition, there are several restaurants in the building and in the immediate vicinity. Hotels are also within walking distance. This provides event planners with a practical solution for compact business events, offering short distances, flexible room layouts, and personalized on-site support.
