Landgoed Grootstal is a historic and sustainable estate on the border of Nijmegen and Malden, where organizers can host small-scale gatherings, meetings, workshops, lectures, and hybrid events. The location combines a rural setting with inspiring indoor spaces, offering a pleasant setting for groups wishing to meet outside the traditional conference room.

The modern Pavilion is suitable for gatherings of up to approximately 15 people. The space lends itself to a meeting, team discussion, workshop, or intimate dinner and features its own kitchen, sanitary facilities, and parking. Thanks to its location overlooking the orchard and the access to the outdoors, a program can easily be extended with an informal break or time outside.

For larger groups, there is the LandgoedLAB. This unique building has two floors of approximately 160 square meters each and accommodates up to 80 people in a theater setup. The space is suitable for educational meetings, presentations, conferences, celebrations, and business programs. Livestreams, webinars, and hybrid events are also possible in collaboration with technical partners.

Organizers can rent the venue independently and arrange their own catering. In addition, Landgoed Grootstal creates custom packages including, for example, lunch, drinks, snacks, dinner, technical support, a lecture, or a guided tour of the estate. The green surroundings, attention to biodiversity, and focus on sustainable food production give meetings substantive and distinctive added value.
