meetme is a compact and versatile conference and seminar room located in Freiburg's Kulturpark. The venue is geared towards companies, educational institutions, associations, start-ups, consulting firms, cultural event organizers, and private and public organizers seeking a professional space for smaller events.

The room, approximately 35 square meters in size, can accommodate up to 16 people and is suitable for meetings, discussions, workshops, training sessions, coaching, seminars, presentations, and smaller conferences. Flexible, mobile tables on casters allow for easy adjustment of the seating arrangement to suit various work and event formats. Depending on requirements, seating can be configured in rows, blocks, U-shapes, or parliamentary styles.

The facilities include chairs, a flipchart or whiteboard, a projector on a height-adjustable projection table, and Wi-Fi. A small kitchenette with a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, cups, and glasses is also available. This makes meetme suitable for both focused work sessions and longer seminar days with short breaks and self-catering.

The space can also be used as a co-working space, casting room, or as an alternative to working from home. Free parking is available, subject to availability. The rear entrance provides barrier-free access. Its central location in Freiburg-Haslach and proximity to public transportation make it easily accessible for participants from the city and surrounding areas. Bookings are available on weekdays; weekend bookings are available upon request.
