Decathlon Campus Events welcomes companies and event organizers to Villeneuve-d'Ascq, at the heart of Decathlon's international headquarters, to design dynamic, flexible, and customizable professional events. The venue is suitable for meetings and seminars as well as conferences, workshops, product launches, cocktail parties, company events, and team-building days.

The venue offers several modular spaces. Two 350 m² auditoriums can be used separately for medium-sized groups or combined to create a 700 m² configuration. An additional sports hall allows the entire space to be expanded to approximately 1,400 m² and accommodate up to 1,200 participants, depending on the chosen layout. Removable partitions facilitate the organization of simultaneous formats, plenary sessions, workshops, or receptions.

Organizers have access to practical equipment for their presentations and speeches, including a stage, projection, sound system, wireless microphones, furniture, and video conferencing solutions. Additional technical services can be added with the support of specialized lighting, sound, and video partners.

The venue also stands out for its sporting environment.
