OCC Conference Center

OCC Conference Center provides practical, professionally managed meeting and conference space in the heart of Downtown Oakland. Located within Oakland City Center, the venue offers a convenient setting for organisers planning business meetings, training sessions, interviews, classes, seminars, workshops and smaller conferences.

The centre has five bookable rooms, each suited to different group sizes and layouts. The largest, the Paramount Room, accommodates up to 100 guests, while the Fox, Parkway, Lakeshore and Grand rooms provide more intimate settings for team meetings, board sessions, interviews and training groups. Rooms can be arranged in classroom, boardroom, U-shape or theatre formats, depending on the event brief and capacity required.

Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi, conference call phone pods, kitchen access and coffee, water and tea service. Selected rooms include projectors and screens, while the Paramount Room offers additional presentation and audio facilities, including large drop-down screens, surround sound and wireless microphones. The Grand Room also supports video conferencing, making it suitable for meetings with remote participants.

Bookings are available for half-day and full-day use from Monday to Friday, with additional hours possible subject to availability. The venue is ADA compliant and supported by an on-site team that can assist with room reservations and practical arrangements. Its central Downtown Oakland location is close to the 12th Street BART station, public buildings, restaurants, retail amenities and parking, making it an accessible choice for local and visiting delegates.
