The Vine Conference Centre

The Vine Conference Centre in Dunfermline is a flexible event and conference venue designed for organisers planning meetings, training days, exhibitions, networking sessions, conferences, performances, product launches and private functions. Now operating under Hope City Church, the venue continues to welcome business, community and cultural events from its established location on Garvock Hill.

Its range of spaces makes it suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger productions. The Cairngorm Hall is the largest room, offering 705 square metres and capacity for up to 500 seated guests or 800 standing. It is well suited to exhibitions, awards evenings, concerts and large conferences, with adaptable staging, professional sound and visual equipment, lighting, breakout areas and technical support. The Event Hall accommodates up to 180 delegates and can be divided into two areas, making it useful for conferences, training events, exhibitions, networking and private functions.

For smaller occasions, the Pentland, Ochil and Grampian rooms provide practical settings for workshops, seminars, meetings and training sessions. Layouts can be adapted for theatre-style presentations, boardroom meetings, banqueting, cabaret arrangements and networking. Across the venue, organisers can benefit from Wi-Fi, projectors, presentation equipment, sound systems, accessible facilities and on-site assistance.

In-house catering is available for refreshment breaks, lunches and larger gatherings, including tea and coffee, sandwiches, soup, baked potatoes and hot or cold buffets. External caterers can also be accommodated where required. The venue offers on-site parking, accessible entry, disabled parking bays and electric vehicle charging, while its location is convenient for Dunfermline town centre and the M90. Additional event services include technical support, photography, videography, livestreaming and recording options.
