The Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg is not only an internationally renowned concert hall, but also an exceptional venue for organizers, companies, cultural promoters, and agencies. In addition to public and private concerts, selected rooms can be rented for receptions, lectures, conferences, photo shoots, and other special event formats.

The Elbphilharmonie's Grand Hall can accommodate approximately 2,100 guests, depending on the seating arrangement. Its terraced architecture, outstanding acoustics, and views over the harbor and city create a unique setting for major concerts, gala events, and prestigious evening programs. The Recital Hall offers significantly more flexibility. Thanks to mobile seating and variable stage elements, it is suitable for a variety of concert formats, presentations, discussions, and banquets, accommodating up to approximately 210 seated guests at tables.

The venue also offers spacious foyers, bars, dressing rooms, artist areas, and backstage facilities. Technical floor plans, stage layouts, loading zones, and freight elevators are available for event organizers. Ticketing can also be handled by the in-house sales team.

In addition, the company operates the historic Laeiszhalle. There, a large and a small concert hall, as well as the elegant Brahms Foyer, are available for concerts, receptions, lectures, film and photo shoots. The Brahms Foyer, in particular, offers an elegant atmosphere for smaller receptions and events with up to several hundred guests.
