Your meeting, training, workshop, rehearsal, presentation, performance, or gathering in our theater farm? We offer an inspiring, well-equipped, and well-maintained location with a private entrance for business and creative meetings in Amersfoort.

Since 2024, we have had a completely newly furnished farmhouse equipped for groups of up to 100 people. The hall has a private entrance, allowing you to gather in peace and quiet and fully experience the green surroundings with your colleagues, students, or teammates. At Theater Broedplaats Amersfoort, your event takes center stage!

You can find us on the outskirts of the city, a 13-minute bike ride from the central station, located by the Elisabeth Groen city park in the Randenbroek district.

Facilities

We feature a theatre hall with a grandstand, a theatre foyer with a bar, a dressing room, and a private side garden located next to the hall. The hall is equipped as standard with a television, theatre technology and lighting, a projector with screen, a black box option, a flip chart, a piano, and Wi-Fi, all included in the hall rental.

Please note: the hall is not suitable for sound levels above 80 decibels. The hall is available for rent until 23:00 at the latest due to surrounding residences.

Catering and bar

We are happy to take the organizational work off your hands and arrange the catering through our regular caterers, or, if desired, through a party of your choice. A TBA location manager is always present during a performance or presentation. Upon request, a staffed bar can be opened, serving primarily local drinks.

Business rental costs

The rooms at TBA can be rented collectively for 4-hour periods. The use of the available furniture (chairs and tables) is included in the room rental. Please contact us for information regarding the prices per period. The room rental is exempt from VAT.

Cultural rental costs

Are you an organization operating in the cultural sector? If so, different rates apply to venue rental. More information regarding this is available upon request. Venue rental is exempt from VAT.

Accessibility

Bus 17 and bus 80 stop right outside the door. It is only a 13-minute bike ride from Amersfoort Central Station. You can park for free in the neighborhood. More parking spaces can be found at the parking lots at Gasthuislaan 70 or Ringweg Randenbroek 119. From there, it is only a 2-minute walk to TBA.

Jouw vergadering, training, workshop, repetitie, presentatie, voorstelling of meeting in onze theaterboerderij? Wij bieden een inspirerende, goed uitgeruste en verzorgde locatie met eigen opgang voor zakelijke en creatieve ontmoetingen in Amersfoort.

Sinds 2024 beschikken we over een volledig nieuw ingerichte boerderij die is toegerust voor groepen van max. 100 personen. De zaal heeft een eigen opgang waardoor je in alle rust kunt samenkomen en de groene omgeving optimaal kunt ervaren met jouw collega’s, studenten of teamgenoten. Bij Theater Broedplaats Amersfoort speelt jou event de hoofdrol!

Je vindt ons aan de rand van de stad, op 13 minuten fietsafstand van het centraal station, gelegen aan het stadspark Elisabeth Groen in de wijk Randenbroek.

Faciliteiten

Wij beschikken over een theaterzaal met tribune, een theaterfoyer met bar, een kleedkamer en een privé-zijtuin gelegen naast de zaal. De zaal is standaard uitgerust met een televisie, theatertechniek- en licht, beamer met scherm, black box optie, flip-over, piano, en wifi, allemaal inbegrepen bij de zaalhuur.

Let op: de zaal is niet geschikt voor geluidsniveaus boven 80 decibel. Verhuring van de zaal is tot maximaal 23:00 beschikbaar wegens omliggende woningen.

Catering en bar

Wij nemen graag het regelwerk uit handen en verzorgen de catering via onze vaste cateraars, of indien gewenst via een door jou gekozen partij. Tijdens een voorstelling of presentatie is er altijd een locatie manager van TBA aanwezig. Op verzoek kan er een bar met personeel worden geopend, waar voornamelijk lokale drankjes worden geserveerd.

Kosten zakelijke verhuur

De ruimtes van TBA kunnen gezamenlijk worden gehuurd per dagdeel van 4 uur. In de zaalhuur is het gebruik van het aanwezige meubilair (stoelen en tafels) inbegrepen. Voor informatie over de prijzen per dagdeel kunt u contact met ons opnemen. De zaalhuur is vrijgesteld van btw.

Kosten culturele verhuur

Ben jij een organisatie die opereert in de culturele sector? Dan gelden er afwijkende tarieven voor de zaalhuur. Meer informatie hierover is beschikbaar op aanvraag. De zaalhuur is vrijgesteld van btw.

Bereikbaarheid

Bus 17 en bus 80 stoppen voor de deur. Vanaf Amersfoort CS is het maar 13 minuten fietsen. In de wijk kun je gratis parkeren. Meer parkeerplaatsen zijn te vinden op parkeerterreinen aan Gasthuislaan 70 of Ringweg Randenbroek 119. Het is vanaf daar maar 2 minuten lopen naar TBA.
