From a simple idea to the creation of this unique Bar on Wheels, our mobile tap cart is a real eye-catcher at any event! Designed and built entirely in-house, this tap cart will make a lasting impression on your guests. Steal the show as a host or hostess, as you're the bartender on duty!
The bar is fully equipped:
- 3 taps with beer cooler (kegs do not need to be pre-cooled)
- Enough bottle coolers to serve approximately 350 people
- Water connection possible
- Sink and glass washer
- Kettle
- Power sockets
Event On Wheels also provides refrigerated trailers for cooling drinks and catering for your event. Rent our refrigerated trailers and enjoy cool drinks and delicious snacks! Our refrigerated trailers are available in sizes small (150cm x 240cm x 194cm), medium (180cm x 270cm x 210cm), and large (180cm x 300cm x 210cm).
Rates
Rental prices Bar On Wheels:
- Rent per day: € 325. Example: Event on Saturday evening: delivery Saturday morning, pick-up Sunday evening.
- 2 days rental: €600. Example: Event on Friday and Saturday: delivery Friday morning, pick-up Sunday evening.
- Rental > 2 days: €200/additional day. For rentals > 2 days, the price is €600 + €200/day.
Rental prices refrigerated trucks:
- Rental per day: €90 for size small/medium & €110 for size large
- 2-day rental: €140 for size small/medium & €170 for size large
- Rental > 2 days: €20/extra day for size small/medium & €25/extra day
Delivery: Free within the Dilsen-Stokkem region, flat rate outside of that region.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
