CAPPAERT is a musical duo consisting of sisters Sarah and Annelies Cappaert. Their new album, "Wild Bouquet," is due out in 2026 and is produced by Annelies Cappaert and Steve Willaert, featuring a rich orchestration and a number of exquisite musicians. "Wild Bouquet" highlights the power of emotion and poignancy as a source of healing, a window into the precious beauty of life, despite the harsh uncertainties that arise. Its undertone is the quiet hope that it can offer solace to those in total disarray. Several songs also feature contributions from drummer Steve Gadd (Joe Cocker, James Taylor, Eric Clapton, Kate Bush, Paul Simon, etc.), who created their signature color and sound. Their released songs, "Eternal Sleep Avenue," "Reckless Heart," "The Nightfall," "Cross the Earth," "The Pretender," and "The Naked Gallery," have been praised by many musicians and music lovers. Annelies was a semi-finalist several times in "The International Songwriting Competition" (Nashville). The jury included Tom Waits, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Joe Hahn (Linkin Park), and industry figures (Warner Records, Sony, YouTube, etc.).
