Stretch tents have been popular for weddings, parties, and corporate events for years. And it makes sense: they're stylish, robust, and fit into any setting, from a farmyard to a sleek company yard. But did you know that a stretch tent is also perfect for use in less favorable weather—or even in winter? By using walls, you can transform an open stretch tent into a sheltered space in no time.
The strength of a stretch tent lies in its flexibility. Instead of following a fixed frame, the tent is stretched taut on poles. This allows for endless configurations, depending on the location and intended use. But on a windy or rainy day, you don't want to leave your guests out in the cold. By adding (partially) closed side walls, you maintain the atmosphere of an open tent, but with the advantages of a closed space.
At Arro Tent Rentals, we use sturdy, transparent or solid walls that fit snugly against the tent. This keeps the inside warm, dry, and cozy—without immediately feeling like you're in a closed hall.

Stretchtenten zijn al jaren populair voor bruiloften, feesten en zakelijke evenementen. Logisch ook: ze zijn stijlvol, robuust en passen in elke setting, van een boerenweide tot een strak bedrijfsterrein. Maar wist je dat een stretchtent ook prima inzetbaar is bij minder goed weer – of zelfs in de winter? Door gebruik te maken van wanden maak je van een open stretchtent in no-time een beschutte ruimte.
De kracht van een stretchtent zit in de flexibiliteit. De tent volgt geen vast frame, maar wordt strakgespannen op palen. Daardoor zijn er oneindig veel opstellingen mogelijk, afhankelijk van de locatie en het gebruik. Maar op een winderige of regenachtige dag wil je je gasten niet in de kou laten staan. Door (deels) dichte zijwanden toe te voegen, houd je de sfeer van een open tent, maar met de voordelen van een afgesloten ruimte.
Bij Arro Tentverhuur gebruiken we stevige, transparante of dichte wanden die goed aansluiten op de tent. Zo blijft het binnen warm, droog en gezellig – zonder dat je meteen het gevoel hebt in een dichte hal te staan.
Stretchtenten met wanden worden vaak ingezet voor:
- Najaars- of winterbruiloften, waarbij je beschut wilt dineren of feesten, maar wel dat open karakter wilt behouden.
- Bedrijfsevenementen waarbij techniek of catering droog moet staan.

Onze opbouwploeg denkt hierin altijd met je mee: wat is de windrichting, waar komt de zon op, wat is de functie van de ruimte? Samen zorgen we voor de beste opstelling.
