Welcome to Domein Walbrugge, a beautiful 18th-century square farmhouse at the foot of Tiegemberg, surrounded by nature! We are the perfect venue for all your private parties, corporate events, and team-building activities. Our estate offers countless possibilities.

We have a large ballroom with all facilities, smaller rooms that can be used as meeting or party spaces, a piano bar, and a beautiful inner patio.

Also discover our charming bed and breakfast with five cozy rooms for 2 people. There is additional accommodation capacity in the immediate vicinity.

Around the farmhouse, we have created a fantastic green zone with a food forest, which is available to partygoers or can be used for team-building events. There is also plenty of nature and woodland in the wider area surrounding the farmhouse, including the historic pilgrimage site of Sint-Arnolduspark and Tiegemberg with its many small walking paths. Many cycling enthusiasts start from here to explore the route of the Tour of Flanders (Oude Kwaremont, Patersberg, Koppenberg, Kluisberg, ...).

For team building and events, it is also possible to rent the entire estate, allowing for outdoor activities to be organized and ensuring your event takes place with complete discretion, without other external attendees on the premises.

There are even desk facilities, so that work or meetings can be held outside when the weather is nice.

Catering

We offer delicious chilled and hot drinks. Lunch or catering is available according to your wishes. You can also bring your own food truck or catering service, with the option to use the kitchen.

Accessibility

Our village of Tiegem is the "gateway to the Flemish Ardennes", making us accessible within 25 minutes from Ghent, Oudenaarde, and Kortrijk.

There is free parking for up to 40 cars, with 10 charging stations.

Welkom bij domein Walbrugge, een prachtige 18e-eeuwse vierkantshoeve aan de voet van Tiegemberg, omgeven door natuur! Bij ons kan u terecht voor al uw privé-feesten, bedrijfsevenementen en teambuildings. Ons domein biedt ontelbare mogelijkheden.

Wij hebben een grote feestzaal met alle faciliteiten, kleinere zalen die als vergader- of feestruimtes kunnen gebruikt worden, een pianobar, en een prachtige binnenpatio.

Ontdek ook onze charmante bed and breakfast met vijf gezellige kamers voor 2 personen. In de onmiddellijke omgeving is er bijkomende logeercapaciteit.

Rond de hoeve hebben wij een fantastische groenzone met voedselbos aangelegd, die ter beschikking staat van feestvierders of kan dienen voor teambuildings. Ook in de bredere omgeving rond de hoeve bevindt zich veel natuur en bos, met onder andere het historische bedevaartsoord Sint-Arnolduspark en Tiegemberg met zijn vele kleine wandelpaden. Vele fietsliefhebbers vertrekken bij ons om het parcours van de Ronde van Vlaanderen te verkennen (Oude Kwaremont, Patersberg, Koppenberg, Kluisberg,...).

Voor teambuildings en evenementen is het ook mogelijk om het volledige domein af te huren, zodat er ook buitenactiviteiten georganiseerd kunnen worden en zodat uw evenement in alle discretie kan doorgaan zonder andere externe aanwezigen op het domein.

Er zijn zelfs bureauvoorzieningen, zodat bij mooi weer buiten gewerkt of vergaderd kan worden.

Catering

Wij bieden heerlijke gekoelde en warme dranken. Lunch of catering is mogelijk volgens uw wensen. U kan ook een eigen foodtruck of catering laten komen, met mogelijkheid tot gebruik van de keuken.

Bereikbaarheid

Ons dorp Tiegem is de "poort tot de Vlaamse Ardennen", waardoor wij op 25 minuten bereikbaar zijn vanuit Gent, Oudenaarde en Kortrijk.

Er is gratis parking tot 40 wagens, met 10 laadpalen.

Mensen en teams die onze hoeve bezoeken, komen tot rust. Ze vinden inspiratie en creativiteit, verbinden met elkaar en met de natuur. Ze putten nieuwe energie uit hun verblijf bij ons.

Top accommodation in a unique location

We had a wonderful stay at Walbrugge. The room was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was wonderful! The hostess was very kind. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

An extraordinary experience at Domain Walbrugge in Tiegem!

In December '23 we had the pleasure of spending two days on this beautiful domain with our team of 8 people. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The rooms were not only beautifully finished, but also extremely comfortable, allowing us to fully relax after a day of activities.
The culinary aspect of our stay was nothing short of excellent. Hostess Kathy always surprised us with delicious meals, carefully prepared and presented. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea were true explosions of taste that we thoroughly enjoyed.
What makes Domain Walbrugge truly unique is the beautiful green environment that provided a relaxing backdrop for our meetings. The various meeting rooms were not only functional, but also inspiring, thanks to the serene ambiance that the domain radiates.
One of the highlights of our stay was ending our first evening in the piano bar. Accompanied by host Bartel, who danced with his fingers over the keys, we laughed, sang and made memories that will last for a long time.
In short, Domain Walbrugge has exceeded all our expectations and has left a lasting impression. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

S3S / brainstrom weekend with customer

😀We were one of the first to rent this domain for our annual brainstorming session with our Romanian/Italian customer. A truly fantastic experience with highly finished rooms with wonderful beds. Big compliment also to the hostess Kathy, who knew better than anyone how to respond to our needs of the day regarding food and drinks, as well as a delicious breakfast.

Inspiring brainstorm in Walbrugge

At the beginning of 2024, we had two days of brainstorming and planning with our team to shape the new year and our operations. In between we slept in the beautiful rooms, enjoyed delicious breakfast and lunch and went for a walk in the area. This was very inspiring and the ideas just kept coming. The facilities with the large screen in the meeting room ensured that we could properly record and keep track of everything. Worth repeating!
