We would like to welcome you to Huis Van Thuyne in the heart of Deinze for business meetings, conference calls, product presentations, team meetings, ... Enjoy working in a stylish meeting room with comfortable design furniture and ergonomic lighting. Our meeting room is the ideal setting for your meetings or presentations, surrounded by natural daylight in the center of Deinze.

A fully equipped meeting room with many assets

Everything is provided to work in the most optimal conditions: powerful Clevertouch interactive 4K touchscreen (65") with built-in windows module , digital flipchart and a fast WiFi connection. The touchscreen is designed for a true collaboration experience. Mirror content from any device, on any time, any platform with your trusted programs, apps and software.No external computer is required.Visual fatigue is reduced thanks to a studied brightness.

In our Bulthaup coffee corner you can enjoy delicious, lightly roasted coffee from Kothé . This was sustainably grown and is 100% organic. You can take a break on the large round bench under the plane trees just in front of the building on the Market or in the Kaandel Park behind it.

Oficina also provides a lunch service, ranging from tapas, mini sandwiches to sushi. There are of course also plenty of lunch options within walking distance. If you like to serve an adapted glass of wine with lunch or a glass of bubbly or cocktail (Gintonic, Mallorcan Mule, Negroni, French 75,...) as a closing, Hola Vinos - import Spanish quality wines and distillates - will gladly make a tailor-made proposal.

Oficina is located on the Markt in the beating heart of Deinze. De Markt was redesigned in 2012 by architects Van Hee - Robbrecht & Daem. The station is within walking distance and parking is free in the Brielpoort car park, a 5 to 10 minute walk away. At the back of Huis Van Thuyne - in the Kaandel Park - you can get some fresh air. There are plenty of lunch options in the immediate vicinity.

We verwelkomen je graag in het Huis Van Thuyne in het hartje van Deinze voor zakelijke meetings, conference calls, productvoorstellingen, teamvergaderingen, ... Geniet van werken in een stijlvolle meeting room met comfortabel design meubilair en ergonomische verlichting. Onze meeting room is de ideale setting voor je meetings of presentaties omringd door natuurlijk daglicht in het centrum van Deinze.

Een volledig uitgeruste meeting room met heel wat troeven

Alles is voorzien om in de meest optimale omstandigheden te werken: krachtig Clevertouch interactief 4K-touchscreen (65") met ingebouwde windowsmodule, digitale flipchart en een snelle WiFi verbinding. Het touchscreen is ontworpen voor een echte samenwerkingservaring. Spiegel inhoud vanaf elk apparaat, op ieder moment, elk platform met jouw vertrouwde programma's, apps en software. Er is geen externe computer nodig. De visuele vermoeidheid is beperkt dankzij een bestudeerde helderheid.

In onze Bulthaup coffeecorner geniet je van (h)eerlijke, licht geroosterde koffie van Kothé. Deze werd duurzaam verbouwd en is 100% biologisch. Pauzeren kan op de grote ronde bank onder de platanen vlak voor het gebouw op de Markt of in het achterliggende Kaandelpark.

Oficina voorziet ook een lunch service, gaande van tapas, minibroodjes tot sushi. Er zijn uiteraard ook tal van lunchmogelijkheden op wandelafstand. Als je graag een aangepast glaasje wijn serveert bij de lunch of een glaasje bubbels of cocktail (Gintonic, Mallorcan Mule, Negroni, French 75,...) als afsluiter doet Hola Vinos - import Spaanse kwaliteitswijnen en destillaten - graag een voorstel op maat.

Oficina bevindt zich op de Markt in het kloppende hart van Deinze. De Markt werd in 2012 hertekend door architecten Van Hee - Robbrecht & Daem. Het station is op wandelafstand en parkeren kan gratis op de parking van de Brielpoort op 5 à 10 minuten stappen. Aan de achterkant van het Huis Van Thuyne - in het Kaandelpark - kan je even een frisse neus halen. Er zijn tal van lunchmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving.
