A fully equipped meeting room with many advantages
Everything is designed to ensure optimal working conditions: a powerful Clevertouch interactive 4K touchscreen (65") with a built-in Windows module, a digital flipchart, and fast Wi-Fi. The touchscreen is designed for a true collaborative experience. Mirror content from any device, at any time, on any platform, using your familiar programs, apps, and software. No external computer is required. Visual fatigue is minimized thanks to the carefully controlled brightness.
In our Bulthaup coffee corner, you can enjoy delicious, lightly roasted coffee from São Paulo . Take a break on the large, round bench under the plane trees just in front of the building in the Markt or in the Kaandelpark behind it.
Oficina also offers a lunch service, ranging from tapas and mini sandwiches to sushi. There are, of course, numerous lunch options within walking distance. If you'd like a complementary glass of wine with your lunch or a glass of bubbly or cocktail (Gintonic, Mallorcan Mule, Negroni, French 75, etc.) to finish, Hola Vinos – importer of quality Spanish wines and spirits – will be happy to create a customized proposal.
Oficina is located on the Markt square in the vibrant heart of Deinze. The Markt square was redesigned in 2012 by architects Van Hee, Robbrecht & Daem. The station is within walking distance, and free parking is available at the Brielpoort parking lot, a 5- to 10-minute walk away. At the back of the Huis Van Thuyne, in Kaandelpark, you can get some fresh air. There are plenty of lunch options nearby.
