Very substandard for a so-called class business

Horrible experience, the terrace was completely run down, broken glass on the floor from a previous party, my daughter fell through a rotten wooden bench (she weighs 45kg…) and the staff thought this was funny too, umbrellas where the metal is coming out of the fabric peaked, we closed ourselves, all weeds that come through the joints and our snacks? They were casually “forgotten” during the aperitif! A tree had fallen on the terrace and adjacent building, this can of course happen, but to hang a flapping black tarp?! This could be closed nicely with wood. To top it all off, my 14 year old daughter's mobile phone was stolen during the evening party and all the flowers, including my bridal bouquet, confirmed by the owner to be in custody the next day, were gone! We got compensation that was minimal. The same thing happened to acquaintances of ours the week before, all the flowers gone! This case is in our humble opinion faded glory!

We raden het NIET aan maar dit verspringt automatisch bij het posten.
Vreselijke ervaring, het terras was volledig verloederd, gebroken glas op de grond van een vorig feest, mijn dochter is door een rotte houten bank gezakt (ze weegt 45kg…) en het personeel vond dit nog grappig ook, parasols waar het metaal uit de stof piekte hebben we zelf dichtgedaan, allemaal onkruid dat door de voegen komt en onze hapjes? Die waren er doodleuk “vergeten” tijdens het aperitief! Er was een boom gevallen op het terras en aanpalend gebouw, dit kan uiteraard gebeuren maar om dan een wapperend zwart zeil te hangen?! Dit kon mooi worden dichtgemaakt met hout. Als klap op de vuurpijl is de gsm van mijn dochter van 14 jaar gestolen tijdens het avondfeest en alle bloemen, waaronder mijn bruidsboeket, waarvan bevestigd werd door de eigenaar dat die de dag erop in bewaring lagen waren verdwenen! We kregen een compensatie die minimaal was. De week voorheen is bij kennissen van ons net hetzelfde gebeurd, alle bloemen weg! Deze zaak is wat onze bescheiden mening betreft vergane glorie!
