Throwback to Art Spring Aaigem - PORTRAITS
We are pleased to look back once again at PORTRAITS, the exhibition by artist Jan Scheirs, who was a guest at Feestzaal Torengalm for the third time during Art Spring Aaigem. Our hall was briefly transformed into a true exhibition space, with the Evening Show on Saturday evening as a particular highlight. During this evening, Jan Scheirs worked live on action painting, accompanied by fantastic music from Katrien Verfaillie. A beautiful combination of art, music, and performance that created a very special atmosphere. We are happy to share some images from the exhibition and a short video of the Evening Show. We blikken graag nog eens terug op PORTRAITS, de expositie van kunstenaar Jan Scheirs die tijdens Art Spring Aaigem voor de 3e maal te gast was in Feestzaal Torengalm. Onze zaal werd voor even omgetoverd tot een echte expositieruimte, met als bijzonder hoogtepunt de Evening Show op zaterdagavond. Tijdens deze avond ging Jan Scheirs live aan het werk met action painting, onder fantastische muzikale begeleiding van Katrien Verfaillie. Een mooie combinatie van kunst, muziek en performance die voor een heel bijzondere sfeer zorgde. We delen graag enkele beelden van de tentoonstelling én een korte video van de Evening Show.
