Eat2Gather launches a revamped website that reflects the company's natural growth. The culinary event agency, which is approaching its twentieth anniversary, has grown into a leading culinary partner for the business market.

The new look aligns seamlessly with what Eat2Gather represents today: high-quality, substantive culinary experiences that go beyond a standard workshop or activity – while remaining accessible to every company and every team.

What once started as a culinary event agency in Amsterdam organizing group activities has grown into an event agency for the corporate market, featuring a large, atmospheric culinary venue in a historic national monument on the Amsterdam canals. With multiple meeting rooms and a professional cooking studio, this location forms the heart of the organization.

Eat2Gather helps companies strengthen connection, inspiration, and collaboration within teams and with business relations through gastronomy by means of activities such as cooking workshops, food walks, and culinary rallies. Additionally, the company organizes culinary experiences in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht, as well as at a location of your choice.

Not just an 'ordinary outing', but an experience that inspires and connects

Clients and partners no longer come just for an activity or an outing. Over the years, they have come to find Eat2Gather because of its expertise and ability to develop culinary experiences that truly work for organizations and within teams.

The workshops, tastings, and events are led by professionals, each with their own culinary expertise. The concepts are accessible and inspiring: cooking experience or culinary knowledge is not required; engagement is key. Owner Karien Olthof says: “Food and drink nourish, literally and figuratively. We believe that taste, story, and experience are powerful tools to bring teams closer together and support business objectives.”

The main pillars of Eat2Gather for organizing effective culinary activities are:

• strengthening team spirit

• creativity and collaboration

· relaxation and connection

communication and understanding

Intersection of culinary craftsmanship and business events

Eat2Gather now operates at the intersection of event agency, culinary specialist, and experience partner for companies, DMCs, hotels, and event agencies. Drawing on years of experience, expertise, and a strong network of chefs and culinary partners, the company develops culinary workshops, activities, and custom events for organizations and teams.

In addition, PR and film production companies also know how to find Eat2Gather. They use the cooking studio, for example, to present food brands, organize product launches, or realize photoshoots and video recordings.

Unique: agency and private culinary location

Eat2Gather distinguishes itself as a culinary agency with its own cooking studio and meeting venue. The two floors of the listed building on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam have recently been fully renovated and furnished according to the standards of a modern, multifunctional meeting location. It is not a standard cooking studio, but a characterful and contemporary space featuring an eight-meter-long bar, tasting area, and boardrooms and presentation spaces that together form an inspiring setting for business gatherings. The spaces are designed for interaction, movement, and meeting, with a strong focus on atmosphere, energy, and quality.

Trends as a foundation, not an afterthought

The substantive strength of Eat2Gather lies in the integration of current developments within gastronomy and hospitality. No complicated food concepts, but recognizable culinary experiences in which tradition, innovation, and surprise complement each other.

Themes that recur structurally include:

· classic techniques combined with contemporary food trends

• sustainability, plant-based content and attention to food waste

· fusion and world cuisines

· mindfulness, food cultures and rituals

• craftsmanship and authenticity

• multisensory experience

• No & low alcohol optional as a full part of the offer

Think, for example, of a culinary bike tour through the city, a cooking competition led by a chef, an outdoor cooking experience in nature, or a tasting where classic and innovative flavors meet. As Eat2Gather describes it themselves: from artisanal bitterballen to high-end tasting and everything in between.

A natural next step

The launch of the new website marks not a change of course, but a logical next phase in the company's development. In recent years, Eat2Gather has grown organically in expertise, network, offerings, and business positioning. The renewed look now makes this development explicitly visible.

“At our core, we have always remained the same,” says Karien Olthof. “But we are realizing more and more that there is only one organization that brings together gastronomy, hospitality, and team development in this way.”

As an extension of the experience, Eat2Gather has developed thematic culinary magazines that complement workshops, activities, and events, such as Asian Adventures, Sweet Temptation, and Dutch Highlights. These can be used beforehand as an inspiring warm-up, but also afterwards as a tangible memento. In this way, the experience is not only supported but also extended, ensuring that the taste and memory linger for a long time.
