Municipality of Koekelare (Outdoor Play Day)
🎯 Objective
During the outdoor play day, one question was central:
How do we create an accessible activity that spontaneously brings both children and adults together?
The activity had to:
be accessible to all ages
be visually appealing
encourage participation without barriers
be deployable in an open, public setting
💡 Approach
Injabulo Events used the XL soap bubble workshop as an interactive experience zone.
We foreseen:
Professional bubble equipment for giant sizes
An adapted formula that leaves no stains on clothing
Guidance that actively invites people to participate
An open setup where passersby could spontaneously get in.
Within seconds, the room was filled with floating soap bubbles and curious participants.
✨ Result
The workshop grew into a real crowd magnet:
Continuous influx of participants without waiting time
Interaction between children, parents and casual passers-by
High visual appeal (ideal for atmosphere and experience)
Spontaneous involvement without the need for explanation or instructions
What stood out:
👉 People stick around longer
👉 A spontaneous connection forms between strangers
👉 The activity constantly attracts a new audience
