New office, new talent at midnightcoffee: events with atmosphere and experience.

At midnightcoffee, a creative event agency, there has been a lot of movement over the past few months. We welcomed new talent to our team and moved to a new office. Two changes that coincide perfectly and reinforce our vision of events with impact.

Midnightcoffee is moving: a new office with creative roots.

Our new office is located in a former school building, a place where ideas, imagination, and meeting have always been central. The former playground has been transformed into a communal garden: ideal for fresh ideas, informal conversations, and creative coffee breaks.

This location perfectly reflects how midnightcoffee designs events: playful yet thoughtful, creative, and people-oriented. Just as learning used to start with trying, we believe that strong events are created by daring to experiment, listening, and feeling.

New talent at midnightcoffee: meet Chloë Bortels.

Some people plan events. Other people feel them. And every now and then, you meet someone who spontaneously brings a great atmosphere.

Chloë Bortels recently joined the midnightcoffee team. Her internal title says it all: Atmosphere Sculptor with a sparkcase. A role that perfectly suits her way of working within event organization and event design.

Event design with emotion and detail.

Chloë sees not an empty event venue, but a canvas. She has an unerring sense of the atmosphere an event needs and translates that into concrete choices: from use of space and flow to lighting, timing, and details that make the difference.

She creates not just decor, but a total experience. Her approach combines creativity with gentleness: intuitive, yet always purposeful. Every event is built around the people it is intended for: guests, clients, and teams are all part of one story.

A shared vision for events with impact.

At midnightcoffee, we believe that successful events go beyond a script. They need an emotional layer to truly touch. Chloë reinforces this vision with her fresh perspective, new ideas, and sharp questions.

Her 'sparkcase' symbolizes the invisible suitcase full of creative twists and unexpected accents that she brings to every project. That extra layer that you can't always name, but feel immediately.

Why midnightcoffee and Chloë are a match.

Sometimes a new job doesn't feel like a new job. Sometimes it feels like everything falls into place. That feeling characterizes my start at midnightcoffee. A team with the same passion for events that wants to be more than just planning and production. Warm, driven, and creative – with an eye for atmosphere, emotion, and experience.

We consciously chose each other. Because there is a match in energy, vision, and approach. Not complicated, but well thought out. And always people-oriented.

Looking ahead: events that connect and surprise.

Midnightcoffee's new office, with high ceilings, plenty of light, and room for spontaneity, invites creation and collaboration. It is a place where ideas grow and plans take shape.

New office, new talent, but above all, a confirmation of who we are as an event agency. Midnightcoffee continues to build events that touch, surprise, and connect. With the curiosity of a schoolchild and the experience of a mature player in the event sector.

With Chloë on the team and a new home that breathes our vision, we look forward with great enthusiasm. To events with character, a subtle wink, and that recognizable MidnightCoffee signature.
