Vietnam E-Commerce Forum: Orchestrating a Digital Powerhouse
In September 2025, Ho Chi Minh City served as the stage for one of the region's most significant digital trade events. Held at The Adora Premium Convention Center, this forum was meticulously managed to bridge the gap between global e-commerce titans and Vietnam's rapidly evolving domestic market.
Strategic Alliance of Industry Giants
Our core management objective was to centralize the "big three" of the digital world under one roof to create a "gravity well" for attendees.
Amazon Global Selling: Provided the roadmap for cross-border exports to major Western markets like the U.S. and Europe.
Shopee: Focused on optimizing the domestic supply chain and logistics for local sellers.
TikTok Shop: Led the conversation on "Shoppertainment," utilizing influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and livestreaming to drive immediate sales conversions.
Maximizing Engagement through "Experience Spaces"
To move beyond traditional "sit-and-listen" conferences, we curated an Experience and Exhibition Space featuring nearly 600 booths.
Live Demonstrations: For the first time, we integrated live sessions where platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee demonstrated how to distinguish genuine products from counterfeits, directly building consumer trust on-site.
Tech Showcases: Attendees interacted with cutting-edge AI-driven commerce tools and smart logistics solutions from partners like JD Logistics and ViettelPost.
Converting Foot Traffic into Strategic Leads
The event was designed as a "strategic meeting ground" rather than just an exhibition. Our marketing and management efforts focused on high-value lead generation:
Thematic Conferences: By running specialized tracks on export strategies and supply chain optimization, we ensured that the leads collected were highly segmented and ready for follow-up by platform representatives.
B2B Networking: We facilitated direct dialogue between international business delegations—from China, France, Singapore, and Malaysia—and local Vietnamese firms.
Ecosystem Integration: By involving payment providers and fulfillment agencies (like Fado and Vietnam Post), we created a "one-stop-shop" environment where a business could move from a lead to a fully integrated seller within a single afternoon.
The Outcome
The event successfully capitalized on Vietnam's e-commerce market—valued at $25 billion in 2024—positioning it as one of the top three in Southeast Asia. By delivering direct access to global solutions, we didn't just host a conference; we acted as a catalyst for Vietnamese enterprises to scale globally.
