Get completely out of your head and into your body. That's what Zen boxing does for you.


Kickboxing and yin yoga may not sound like the most logical combination, but once you do it, you'll feel how natural it is for your body.


First, it's all about the action, creating safety, pushing boundaries, and working hard during kickboxing 🥊. We'll work in pairs using gloves and pads. The setup is designed so that both beginners and advanced players feel safe and are sufficiently challenged.


Afterwards, we'll enter a moment of stillness with yin yoga. A moment for yourself to reflect on your body and stretch your connective tissue.


After a class, you'll feel energized and experience greater inner peace. It connects groups in a unique way and is wonderful for your body.
