On October 2nd, during the pre-party of the Royal Dutch Notary Association (KNB) at the Forum Groningen, De Cocktailfiets provided cocktail and mocktail catering for over 1,000 guests.
Before the KNB conference, the traditional pre-party was organized. A mobile bar setup was created for the event, consisting of a cargo bike in KNB branding, a mobile bar, and a team of four bartenders. De Cocktailfiets provided various cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails for the conference participants throughout the evening. Corinne, KNB Team Coordinator: "It was fantastic to see how De Cocktailfiets delivered the pre-party with flair and professionalism. The cocktails were not only a great way to spice things up but also a real conversation starter among the guests. The collaboration went smoothly, and the team radiated energy, exactly what you want on such an evening."
Nice challenge
According to Niels den Boogert, owner of De Cocktailfiets, the execution required meticulous preparation. "Events of this magnitude involve a lot of work, from logistics and staff planning to coordinating branding and beverage offerings. It's remarkable to see such a large-scale event come to life and how enthusiastically the guests respond," says Den Boogert.
This was De Cocktailfiets' first time at the Forum Groningen. Den Boogert continues: "We've since hosted events with over a thousand guests, but every production remains unique. The collaboration with the Royal Dutch Bar Association (KNB) and the reception in Groningen were excellent. That made it a memorable evening for us."

De Cocktailfiets heeft op 2 oktober, tijdens de pre-party van de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie (KNB) in het Forum Groningen de cocktail- en mocktailcatering verzorgd voor ruim 1000 gasten.
Voorafgaand aan het KNB-congres, werd de traditionele pre-party georganiseerd. Voor het evenement werd een mobiele baropstelling gerealiseerd, bestaande uit een bakfiets in KNB-huisstijl, een mobiele bar en een team van vier bartenders. De Cocktailfiets verzorgde gedurende de avond diverse cocktails en alcoholvrije mocktails voor de congresdeelnemers. Mooie uitdaging
Volgens Niels den Boogert, eigenaar van De Cocktailfiets, vereiste de uitvoering een zorgvuldige voorbereiding. “Bij evenementen van deze omvang komt veel kijken, van logistiek en personele planning tot afstemming over branding en drankenaanbod. Het is bijzonder om te zien hoe zo’n grootschalig evenement tot leven komt en hoe enthousiast de gasten reageren,” aldus Den Boogert.
Voor De Cocktailfiets was dit de eerste keer dat het bedrijf actief was in het Forum Groningen. Den Boogert vervolgt: “We verzorgen inmiddels vaker evenementen met meer dan duizend gasten, maar elke productie blijft uniek. De samenwerking met de KNB en de ontvangst in Groningen waren uitstekend. Dat maakt het voor ons een memorabele avond.”
