The Brussels Stephex Masters is one of the most prestigious show jumping events in the world. This five-day event uniquely combines top-level sport, luxury, and entertainment in an atmospheric setting.
As a proud partner, Veldeman, together with Tentmoment, built over 10,000 m² of temporary tent structures. An impressive 170 m² aluminum hall was erected for the VIP lounges and hospitality areas, coupled with a 100 m-long Skyline multi-storey tent, offering VIP guests a unique experience.
In addition, a public restaurant, a market village, kitchen tents, bar tents, restrooms, office, press and crew areas, and storage spaces were set up. Technical challenges, such as height differences of up to 6.5 m, were expertly addressed with a substructure system.
Veldeman also provided the complete furnishings for the structures, including carpets, upholstery, banners, and wood trim. This project is characterized by a high level of finishing, extensive customization, and several project-specific innovations. These types of solutions highlight Veldeman's expertise in providing customized, high-quality temporary accommodations for high-profile events.

Als trotse partner bouwde Veldeman, samen met Tentmoment, meer dan 10.000 m² aan tijdelijke tentstructuren. Voor de VIP-lounges en hospitalityruimtes werd een indrukwekkende aluhal van 170 m geplaatst, gekoppeld aan een 100 m lange Skyline etagetent, vanwaar VIP-genodigden een unieke beleving konden ervaren.
Daarnaast werden een publieksrestaurant, standendorp, keukententen, bartenten, toiletfaciliteiten, kantoor-, pers- en crewruimtes en opslagruimtes ingericht. Technische uitdagingen, zoals hoogteverschillen tot 6,5 m, werden vakkundig opgelost met een onderbouwsysteem.
Veldeman verzorgde ook de volledige aankleding van de structuren met tapijten, stoffering, banners en houten afwerking. Dit project kenmerkt zich door een hoog afwerkingsniveau, veel maatwerk en enkele projectspecifieke innovaties. Dit soort oplossingen benadrukt Veldeman’s expertise in het leveren van op maat gemaakte, hoogwaardige tijdelijke accommodaties voor top evenementen.
