WIFI mesh on location

For years I was allowed to take care of the fan photography for the Home Day at UC Belgium. With 11 photographers at eleven different locations, thousands of photos were taken and printed each time. Links to some Home Day moments: https://news.photoevents.nu/thuisdag-2014/ https://news.photoevents.nu/thuisdag-editie-2015/ https://news.photoevents.nu/thuisdag-vrt/ https://news.photoevents.nu/de-thuisdag-editie-2017/ In Leuven, these photo studios were spread all over the city and the photos were uploaded to the central square via local WiFi hotspots. That did not always run smoothly, which is why I invested the following year in my own professional WIFI mesh with a range of several km². I used this for the first time during the Home Day in Wachtebeke (2017). My photographers took more than 5000 photos on 11 sets, all of which were sent live and in high resolution to a central print shop. The fans received a QR code on the set and could collect a print at any time from the print & fanshop. Unfortunately that was the last real Home Day. In the years that followed, the entire concept watered down to a kind of watching the final together in the cinema. I have been offering this MESH system as a separate service for several years now. It consists of 8 Unifi AC Mesh pro nodes that are weather resistant. The software runs on a Controller Unit from Unifi itself. 250 users can log in at the same time per node, which means 2000 simultaneous connections when using 8 nodes. It is a very stable system that works on both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequency and where the communication between the nodes is done via a separate channel. The software automatically takes care of balancing and chooses the fastest connection from node to node itself or establishes new connections should a node fail. The intention is to provide a local intranet for all equipment on site, but if desired I can also provide a connection to the internet via external partners and the network can be opened up to the public. DUAL 4G is always possible, but of course for a small group of users. Info and prices on request.
