Teaching people to cooperate in a constructive way, that is the goal of the Expert Academy team building program. From our many years of experience in working with groups and building teams at various levels within an organization, we have built up our own expertise to enable teams to function more efficiently and effectively. With our interactive team building exercises and assignments we start from different starting points, depending on the situation in your team. Each team building program is tailor-made and takes into account the character and specific needs of the organization and the team in particular. Team building activities vary in time (from a few hours to several days). Some organizations choose Team Building as a kick off for intensive training sessions in smaller groups. Expert Academy works to measure and adapts to the client's program. Every organization is different and requires different accents in the field of Teambuilding exercises, assignments and activities.
