In the heart of the Essonne countryside, Auberge de Courpain offers a characterful setting for a wedding, family reception or other private celebration. This former 18th-century inn combines a stone and brick building, exposed beams and a cobbled inner courtyard, creating a rural and intimate atmosphere. The courtyard can host the drinks reception, while the function room provides space for the meal and evening celebrations. The La Quinta room is advertised for events of up to 60 people. It has a catering preparation area, toilets including one accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as tables and chairs. On-site parking is also available.

The venue can be hired for a weekend, from Friday to Sunday, giving organisers and their guests time to enjoy the estate. Cottages are also available, with advertised accommodation for around thirty guests. This option brings the reception and overnight stays together in one place, which is an advantage for weddings and parties that carry on into the night. The venue also says it has several reception spaces, with a large room listed as undergoing work on its website. Organisers can contact the inn to check availability, which capacities are suitable for their plans and the hire arrangements. The venue is particularly well suited to smaller events seeking a heritage setting, outdoor spaces and accommodation close to the reception.
