The multi-purpose hall in Saint-Sernin-du-Bois is a municipal venue available for hire for private, community and business events. Located on the route de Saint-Sernin, at the edge of the village in the direction of Antully, it offers 720 m² of space and can accommodate up to 360 people. Parking for around 100 cars makes it easier for guests to arrive and helps with organising events that attract a large audience.

The municipality makes the hall available for a range of occasions, including celebrations, meetings, ceremonies, bingo events, tea dances, conferences with a drinks reception and trade fairs. The hall has a stage, a bar area, a kitchen, a washing-up area and a cloakroom. These facilities make it possible to adapt the space to suit the event. The hall was renovated in 2021.

Municipal hire rates vary according to the rental period, the number of people, the applicant's status and their connection to the municipality. Options are also available for tableware and utility charges. Organisers can contact the town hall's general services department for information and details of how to book. This hall is a practical option for community groups and individuals looking for a large, flexible space in Saône-et-Loire, with useful facilities on site and ample parking.
