Le Relais Saint-Louis

30 bis rue Auguste Renoir, 78400 Chatou, France

In the heart of the Europe district in Chatou, Le Relais Saint-Louis makes rooms available for family celebrations and association gatherings. This venue, run by a team of volunteers, hosts events including christenings, First Communions, birthday parties, association meetings and general meetings of co-owners. The rooms are intended for local residents and associations, for small-scale events in a friendly neighbourhood setting.

Two spaces are available. The salle du haut, on the ground floor, measures 60 m² and can accommodate 60 to 70 people seated. If needed, it can be enlarged by 20 m² by opening the partition to the oratory. In the basement, the salle du bas offers 50 m² of space for around 50 people seated, with an adjoining 25 m² room that is particularly useful for setting up a space for children.

Tables and chairs are available. A small kitchen in the basement is equipped with a fridge, an oven, electric hobs, a microwave and a kettle. Crockery is not provided. Organisers must tidy and clean the spaces after use. To respect the neighbours, noise levels must remain moderate, and evening family celebrations are no longer accepted. Guests must leave the premises by 8 pm.

Visits to the rooms and booking arrangements take place during the reception opening hours. Rates vary according to the room, the duration and the organiser's place of residence. Special conditions apply to associations, training courses and certain meetings. Le Relais is therefore a convenient local option for organising a celebration or group gathering in the Yvelines.
