The Sea View

The Sea View is a private event venue in Dennis Port on Cape Cod, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, social occasions and business gatherings. Its location is close to the beach, with windows looking out over conservation land and a pond.

The venue has more than 5,000 square feet of interior space. Its ballroom, measuring over 2,700 square feet, can seat up to 220 guests and can be arranged for receptions and dancing. A separate upstairs dining room provides a more intimate setting for groups of up to 65. Guests can also gather in the lounge, which has a fireplace and a 29-foot mahogany bar, or use the outdoor terrace for ceremonies, photographs and cocktail hours. The terrace can be tented for an additional fee.

For weddings, The Sea View offers reception packages and guidance with details such as linens, tableware, planning and coordination. Couples can hold their ceremony on the terrace and continue with drinks and a reception at the same venue. The nearby beach also offers an alternative setting for photographs.

Other occasions include cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, reunions and family celebrations. The venue also welcomes business meetings, conferences, banquets and trade shows. In-house catering and a full liquor licence are available, giving organisers a choice of food and bar service alongside the event space. The team invites prospective clients to arrange a personal tour and discuss their event requirements.
