Murray Hill Events

Murray Hill Events is a private estate venue in Leesburg, Virginia, offering organisers a choice of historic and outdoor settings for weddings and other gatherings. Set across 57 acres overlooking the Potomac River and Catoctin Mountain Range, the property combines open countryside, mature trees, formal gardens and a historic-style manor house.

The restored barn is the largest indoor space, with room for up to 200 seated guests, plus a kitchen, indoor toilets and space for dining and dancing. Organisers can also consider the River Room, the manor's living and dining rooms, a screened porch and a slate terrace. Outdoors, ceremony and reception options include a grassy bluff above the river, formal and secluded gardens, and a poolside area suited to larger events. The estate's different spaces allow an event to move between settings for a ceremony, drinks and a reception.

The venue is especially suited to weddings, while its varied rooms and grounds can also accommodate smaller meetings and other private or corporate occasions. The River Room can seat around 60, and the dining room is suited to a board meeting of up to 16. Staff can provide floral decoration, and the venue welcomes enquiries about event arrangements. Coaches can access the property, with on-site parking available.

Murray Hill offers organisers a rural estate setting within reach of downtown Leesburg and nearby accommodation. Its mix of indoor rooms, garden locations and river-facing spaces gives planners several ways to shape an event around guest numbers, atmosphere and the day's programme.
