Chowgirls Catering

Chowgirls Catering provides food and beverage services for events in Minneapolis and across the Twin Cities, with options for occasions ranging from office lunches and business receptions to weddings, birthdays and large celebrations. Organisers can choose from established menu selections or work with the team on a more bespoke dining experience suited to their guests, venue and event style.

The catering offer includes different ways to serve guests, such as buffets, plated meals, grazing spreads and food stations. The team can also assist with bar service and with event-related details such as tableware. For smaller gatherings, its online ordering option offers a simpler way to arrange food, while larger or more customised events can be planned with an event specialist. Chowgirls also caters at venues throughout the area and can travel beyond the Twin Cities by arrangement.

For organisers who want food to contribute to the look and atmosphere of an occasion, the Concepts service brings together catering and event design. Its ideas include styled food displays and interactive stations, developed in collaboration with the client. Menus can be adapted to suit different event needs, and the business highlights sustainability as part of its approach, including composting and recycling practices.

Chowgirls works with event organisers to understand practical details such as guest numbers, dietary requirements, location and timing, then focuses on the food-related planning and service. It is a catering supplier rather than a general event planning agency, and can point clients towards other event professionals when additional services are needed. From an intimate gathering to a formal dinner or company event, its team offers tailored catering and hospitality for a range of occasions.
