The Lodge at Painted Prairie

The Lodge at Painted Prairie is a wedding and event venue in Sperry, around 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. Set across 30 acres, the property combines a spacious lodge with countryside views, outdoor lawns, wrap-around decks, a stocked pond and a fire pit. Organisers can arrange indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions, with the venue also available for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, corporate gatherings, retreats and other special occasions.

The 7,500-square-foot lodge can host events for up to 300 guests. Venue hire includes tables and chairs, a day-of venue host, private event access and use of the preparation suites for the couple. The space also has a built-in sound system, a projector, bar areas and a separate catering room, giving organisers practical facilities for presentations, dining and dancing. Guests can bring their own vendors, subject to the venue's stated requirements.

Twelve on-site cabins provide overnight accommodation, with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, bathroom and kitchenette in each. The cabins can be booked with event arrangements, making it possible for guests to stay near the celebration. The venue also offers separate cabin bookings. For organisers planning a wedding, company retreat or family gathering, the property brings event space, outdoor settings and guest lodging together at one location. Tours and date enquiries can be made through the venue's website or by telephone.
