De Jacht Heverlee is an event venue on the edge of Heverleebos, in a former forester's lodge. The venue offers two rooms for family celebrations, receptions, dinners, seminars and corporate events. Depending on the layout, they can accommodate around 25 to 200 guests. For a seated dinner, the rooms are suitable for groups of 20 to 150 people. The terrace and garden also provide space to welcome guests outdoors.

The rooms are rented in combination with the in-house catering. Chef Steppe and his team work with seasonal produce and ingredients from the local area. Organisers can choose from seasonal menus, celebration menus, children's packages, buffets, barbecue packages, receptions and walking dinners. Anyone with specific requirements can discuss a bespoke package. This makes it possible to coordinate the room, welcome and meal.

De Jacht is suitable for a wide range of occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, First Communions, baby showers, family celebrations, weddings and staff parties. There are also facilities for meetings and seminars, including Wi-Fi, presentation equipment and a projector. The venue also has parking nearby and facilities for visitors with disabilities. Organisers can arrange a visit in advance by appointment to view the rooms and explore the options. The capacity, catering choices and facilities available make it possible to hold both an intimate gathering and a larger celebration at the same venue.
