Le Complexe d'Animation Rural de Marcoux offers two community halls for hire for private or professional events in the Loire. The large hall on the ground floor has an area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 220 people. It is suitable for weddings, christenings, birthdays, family celebrations and community gatherings. Depending on your needs, you can hire it with or without the equipped kitchen. Tables, chairs and crockery are available on site, along with kitchen equipment and items to help you prepare the room layout.

Upstairs, a second room of 94 m² can accommodate up to 94 people. With its tables and chairs, it is particularly suitable for seminars, business meetings and activities compatible with the venue. However, this room is not available for family celebrations.

Bookings can be made for a day, an evening or, for the large hall, the weekend, depending on the arrangements for each space. Prices vary according to the room chosen, access to the kitchen and the renter's status. The hire fee includes the cleaning costs specified by the municipality, while users must put the equipment away and follow the instructions for use. The municipality of Marcoux handles booking requests and provides the hire agreements and regulations for the rooms. This venue is a practical option for organisers looking for a flexible community space, with equipment already on site and capacities suited to groups of different sizes.
