The Loft at Stone Oak

The Loft at Stone Oak is a private event venue near Greenwood, Arkansas, set among mature trees and landscaped grounds. It is particularly suited to weddings, with indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies and receptions, while also welcoming birthday and graduation celebrations, holiday gatherings and corporate parties.

The two-storey main venue has room for up to 280 guests and offers a neutral interior with high ceilings, exposed beams and a light, understated finish. Couples can exchange vows in an outdoor chapel with seating for more than 280, then continue their celebration inside or make use of the patios. One patio is covered and includes a fireplace, while another open-air area has string lighting and access to an outdoor bar. These spaces give organisers options for drinks, conversation and dancing alongside the main event.

The venue's facilities are designed to support a full wedding day. A spacious bridal loft provides preparation space, while a separate groom's lounge offers a relaxed area for the wedding party. There is also a commercial-grade kitchen for caterers to prepare and finish food on site. The rental includes tables and chairs, selected furnishings, a rehearsal period and time for bridal portraits on the grounds. Organisers can choose their own suppliers, with the venue requiring its bartending team when alcohol is served.

Additional features include the 9th at 9 Lounge, with a golf simulator and social space, and a nearby cabin that can be booked as overnight accommodation. With its combination of a dedicated celebration hall, outdoor ceremony setting and practical event facilities, The Loft at Stone Oak offers a flexible setting for weddings and other private or business gatherings.
