The Property Event Center

The Property Event Center is a private-hire venue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, for organisers planning celebrations and business events. Its approximately 5,400-square-foot ballroom and adjoining dining area can be arranged for occasions such as weddings, birthday parties, class reunions, career fairs and corporate gatherings. Tours are available by appointment, and the venue publishes rental information and an agreement for prospective hirers.

The rental includes square tables, chairs, bistro tables and barstools, along with an integrated sound system, a wireless microphone, televisions with audio and video inputs, and a projector screen. Guests can also make use of four arcade games, giant Jenga and cornhole sets. The centre has separate men's and women's restrooms, plus distinct dressing areas for the bride and groom, making the space suitable for wedding-day preparations as well as receptions.

Organisers can plan the room around their event format, from a seated meal to a party with games and a dance area. The venue has a bar area, and its current information highlights additional requirements for events where alcohol will be served. Rental terms and availability depend on the date and arrangement, so planners should contact the centre directly before confirming their plans. The site currently states that booking dates are paused, making it sensible to check for updates about future availability. The venue is located near the Creek Turnpike's S Olive Avenue exit in Broken Arrow.
