In the heart of Agde's historic centre, close to Saint-Étienne Cathedral, Hôtel Yseria offers organisers a private meeting room of around 24 m². The space accommodates up to 20 people and is suitable for team meetings, training sessions, workshops, business meetings and small presentations. Its size makes it ideal for bringing a group together in a quiet setting, within a hotel housed in a historic building.
The room is available to hire for various durations, including half days and evenings. The team prepares the space before participants arrive, according to the requested layout, and takes care of tidying and cleaning after the booking. The listed equipment includes a projector, a projection screen, an integrated sound system, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A Nespresso coffee machine and welcome amenities can be provided as optional extras to enhance breaks.
The hotel has 16 rooms, which is useful for organisers who want to accommodate speakers or participants travelling from elsewhere. Agde railway station is a few minutes' walk away, and several car parks are available nearby. The hotel is in the town centre, close to the banks of the Hérault and the Canal du Midi.
Yseria is primarily aimed at businesses and professionals looking for a convenient venue for a small-scale event. The range of hire durations and the room set-up make it possible to tailor the arrangements to the planned programme. Organisers can contact the hotel directly to check availability, specify the layout or request a package with refreshments.
