The Salt Barn

The Salt Barn is a private event venue in Dennis Village, Cape Cod, set in a historic barn with original post-and-beam features, a stone wine cellar and a garden courtyard. Its mix of indoor and outdoor spaces suits intimate celebrations and business gatherings, with the venue able to host events for up to 90 guests for a seated dinner or 125 guests in a cocktail-style arrangement.

Weddings are a central part of the offer. Couples can hold a ceremony on the lawn or in the barn, then use the cellar for drinks and the barn for dinner and dancing. The venue also welcomes wedding-weekend events booked separately, including rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal showers and farewell brunches. Other private occasions include birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and fundraising events. For businesses, the spaces are available for off-site dinners, team gatherings, retreats, workshops, client receptions and company celebrations.

The venue’s team provides event coordination, setup and breakdown, tables, chairs, linens, glassware and flatware. Food and drink are handled in-house, with menus planned with the culinary team and full bar service available. Event organisers can also bring their own wedding and event professionals, such as florists, photographers, DJs and bands. A two-bedroom residence above the barn offers a place for a wedding party to get ready and can accommodate an overnight stay. The venue operates seasonally, with event availability generally running from spring through autumn.

The property has been known as Borsari Gallery and hosted weddings and celebrations for many years. The official website states that Borsari Gallery operates the venue for the 2026 season, with Pelham Hospitality taking over full operations from 2027 under The Salt Barn name.
