Artistic Entertainment Services inc

Artistic Entertainment Services is a creative design and fabrication studio producing large-scale builds for brands, agencies and entertainment clients. Its work spans parade floats, scenic elements, themed environments, trade show exhibits and experiential installations. The team can support a project from early design and engineering through fabrication, transport, installation and strike, giving event planners and production teams one supplier for multiple stages of delivery.

A major specialism is parade float production, including floats for the Tournament of Roses Parade. These projects combine structural design, scenic fabrication, mechanical features, lighting, audio and decorative finishes. The Pasadena facility at Rosemont Pavilion is used for float construction and seasonal decoration, rather than being presented as a general-purpose venue for private hire.

For live events and brand experiences, AES builds custom environments and activations for indoor and outdoor settings. Its capabilities include carpentry, metalwork, sculpting, scenic painting, textiles, electronics and technical engineering. Builds can be developed for a one-off event or designed to travel between locations, with project management and logistics coordinated alongside production.

Event planners, agencies and organisations can approach AES with a brief for a parade entry, branded installation, festival build, corporate event environment or themed attraction. The company works with clients to turn concepts into practical structures that meet the needs of the site, schedule and audience. Its work is suited to projects where a distinctive physical setting or custom-made scenic feature is central to the event experience.
