The Val-David village hall is a municipal venue available to hire for private celebrations in the Eure. It is suitable for weddings, christenings, family gatherings and parties with friends. Covering 150 m², it can accommodate 90 to 100 guests, depending on the layout, and provides 25 rectangular tables and 150 chairs. Organisers therefore have the basic equipment they need to arrange meals and social gatherings on site.

A fitted kitchen is available for preparing or reheating meals. It includes an electric oven, a dishwasher, two fridges, a gas cooker, a freezer and wheeled tables. Crockery and additional tables can be hired separately from the fête committee. The usual booking covers the weekend, from 4 pm on Friday to 8 pm on Sunday. An extra day can be booked over a long weekend, while a one-day hire is possible in exceptional circumstances.

Bookings are made through the town hall. To confirm the hire, you must sign the contract and house rules, and provide proof of identity and a certificate of insurance. A deposit and a security deposit are required. Prices vary depending on where the hirer lives, and electricity is charged separately. This hall is a practical option for organisers looking for an equipped, adaptable municipal venue for a family event.
