Vertigo Eventhall

Krekelendries 20, 1785 Merchtem, Belgium

Vertigo Eventhall is a party and event venue in Merchtem for organisers of private parties and business gatherings. The venue can be hired for weddings, wedding parties, birthdays, anniversaries, staff parties, company parties, seminars and product presentations, among other events. Depending on the layout, it can accommodate groups of around 60 to 250 guests.

The venue is designed for parties with music and dancing, but the space can also be adapted for presentations and other programme elements. There is a dance floor, a stage and a DJ booth, together with professional lighting and sound equipment. For speeches or presentations, facilities include a projector with projection screen, a wireless microphone and TV screens. Organisers can bring their own DJ, band or artist, or choose a resident DJ.

The food and drink options are flexible too. Options include buffets, street food, walking dinners and receptions, but organisers can also choose their own caterer or hold the party without catering. This makes the venue suitable both for an evening party with dancing and drinks and for an event with a more substantial meal.

The team helps with the preparation and practical coordination of the event. The venue is centrally located in Merchtem, between Brussel and Antwerpen, and is accessible from places including Mechelen, Aalst and Dendermonde. Free parking spaces are available nearby. Vertigo Eventhall thus combines a distinctive party setting with facilities for a wide range of private and corporate events.
