Catering by Bryce

Catering by Bryce provides food for weddings, corporate gatherings and other events across the Wasatch Front and surrounding Utah counties. Its service is centred on generous, self-serve buffets, prepared and delivered by the team, then arranged at the venue ready for guests. Organisers can choose from menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with BBQ, appetisers, sides, desserts and drinks. The team also offers themed buffets and build-your-own options such as taco, sandwich and dessert bars.

For wedding celebrations, the offering includes reception meals, cocktail-hour appetisers, rehearsal dinners and dessert buffets. Corporate customers can arrange food for executive lunches, board meetings, conferences, staff parties, client events and company retreats. Birthday parties, anniversaries and other milestone occasions are also catered. Menus can be discussed with the team, and tasting appointments are available at the South Jordan kitchen by arrangement.

Orders include delivery and buffet set-up, as well as disposable plates, cups, napkins and utensils. Premium tableware is available as an upgrade. Catering is provided as a drop-off, self-serve buffet, so serving staff do not remain at the event, and organisers arrange tables and linens through their venue. Delivery orders have a minimum guest count, while pick-up is also available. Bryce additionally owns Canyon Peak Event Center, a separate venue that clients can book alongside the catering.
