Saray Event Center

Varrelheidering 4, 30659 Hannover, Germany

Saray Event Center in Hannover hires out event spaces for private celebrations and business occasions. The halls are suitable for weddings, engagements, henna nights, birthdays, anniversaries, school proms and company parties, among other events. Conferences, seminars, meetings and presentations can also be held there. With a second venue, Saray Deluxe, there are two differently designed spaces to choose from at the same location.
The team supports organisers with room concepts, seating options and coordinating the schedule. Depending on the occasion, the room can be set up for a formal banquet, a presentation, a seminar or a celebration with a dance floor. The facilities include lighting, sound and presentation equipment. The decor and ambience can be tailored to suit each event concept.
Catering options include set menus, buffets, finger food and drinks. The centre provides catering and service, and external caterers can also be brought in by prior arrangement. For wedding celebrations, support can also include coordinating special programme elements on request, such as the first dance, lighting or the wedding cake setup. The team supports organisers from the initial enquiry and viewing through to the event itself.
In addition to weddings and private celebrations, the venue is aimed at companies looking for spaces for meetings, seminars, presentations or corporate parties. Seating, equipment, catering and the schedule are coordinated to suit the occasion and the organiser's wishes. Parking is available at or near the event centre. Interested parties can arrange a viewing and get advice about the available spaces and options.
